Welcome to Audible’s Down Payment Assistance Program, designed to give eligible full-time employees of Audible a one-time grant to apply towards down payment or closing costs associated with buying their first home in the City of Newark. Audible strives to make a positive impact in the communities we call home. Exemplified by this enhancement to our Live Local program, Audible aims to increase equitable access to home ownership in Newark for our employees.

 

This program will be managed by the Housing Community Development Network of NJ (HCDNNJ), who will vet all applicants and guide eligible employees through the next steps. Please note that your personal and financial information will not be shared with Audible, and all details will remain with HCDNNJ and your housing counselor who will help you through the home buying process.
